On September 30, 2025, the Graduate Institute held a keynote speech entitled "Application of Birch Sap in Cognitive Function and Inflammatory Skin Diseases" in Seminar Room 190306, Da Jhih Building. Distinguished Professor Hung, Chi-Feng from the School of Medicine, Fu Jen Catholic University shared his research on the efficacy of birch sap for cognitive function and inflammatory skin diseases by observing the physiological parameters of mice skin.
