This program is designed to meet the country's demand for cross-disciplinary talents in precision health for future key industries and the demand for personalized health management in the upcoming super-aged society, cultivate relevant talents and create a healthy society that conforms to the principles of precision health.
1. According to Article 5 of the Credit Program Setting Regulations, students are limited to applying for credit exemptions of 5 credits and cannot apply for credit exemptions for required courses in credit programs.
2. Enrollment targets: Bachelor's degree students in the third year and above and master's degree students in all departments of the university.
3. Number of students admitted each academic year: 20.
4. Application deadline: From now until 17:00 on September 30, 2025.

(1) Interdisciplinary Precision Health Program Application Form.
(2) Application Form for Proof of Completion of Interdisciplinary Precision Health Program Courses.
