1. Application Time and Methods (the computer must be operated by WINDOWS):
(1) Graduate students for 114 academic year: Please apply for dormitories while filling in the new student information form.
1. Master's program: July 21st, 2025 - July 23rd, 2025.
2. Doctoral program: July 23rd, 2025 - July 25th, 2025.
(2) Students who enrolled before the 113 academic year and did not live in the dormitory:
July 21st, 2025 - July 25th, 2025. Refer to: iNCCU→Campus Information System→School System WEB→Accommodation Services→Student Dormitories application→114 academic year.
(3) Priority Allocation of Accommodation:
1. Students with disabilities and poor students holding low-income cards issued by the Department of Social Welfare of county or city governments.
2. For first-year overseas students, please apply directly to the following units:
I. Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese students please apply directly to the Division of Life Guidance and Overseas Chinese Student Advising.
II. Foreign students please apply to the Office of International Cooperation.
(4) If transgender students have accommodation needs, please contact the Division of Housing Services (ext. 63251) during the application period.
2. Eligibility: Graduate students who are registered in non-restricted areas and whose accommodation period has not yet expired
(1) Household registration restrictions and identification standards（about Taiwanese students）:
1. Students who registered in the following restricted areas can only apply for dormitory waiting list: all districts of Taipei City and Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xindian, Shenkeng, Banqiao, Shiding, Sanchong, Luzhou of New Taipei City.
2. Graduate students for 114 academic year or those who are approved to stay for the first time must submit a "household registration transcript" applied for within 3 months to the dormitory counselor when moving in. Those who have not registered in the non-restricted area for more than two years before the application deadline on July 25, 2025 will be disqualified from accommodation.
3. You can apply for a household registration transcript with your ID card at the nearest "Household Registration Office".
(2) Accommodation period regulations: Those who have lived in the dormitory for eight semesters in the doctoral program and four semesters in the master's program can only apply for dormitory waiting list.
3. Application Result Inquiry and Dormitories Selection Time:
(1) Application result announcement: after 16 PM, August 7th, 2025. Refer to: iNCCU→Campus Information System→School System WEB→Accommodation Services→Student Accommodation Application Result Inquiry. Students who are not selected will be included in the waiting list.
(2) Dormitories selection: from every 9-16, August 12th, 2025 - August 13th, 2025. Distributed once daily.
(3) Bed Room Area: The master's program mainly uses double rooms, while the doctoral program uses single rooms.
4. Dormitory Waiting List:
(1) Candidates: (The waiting list number will be the same as the number of students who did not win the lottery announced on August 7th, and will be arranged in the following order)
1. Those who have not completed the accommodation period and have not applied for dormitory between July 21st, 2025 and July 25th, 2025.
2. Accommodation period has expired.
3. Those registered in restricted areas.
(2) Waitlist Application: August 12th, 2025 - August 17th, 2025. Refer to: iNCCU→Campus Information System→School System WEB→Accommodation Services→Student Dormitories application→Application for Dormitory Standby for Master and Doctoral Programs in the 114th Academic Year.
(3) Results: 16 PM August 18th, 2025. When vacancies occur in the 114th academic year, the vacancies will be filled in order.
