1. Student ID cards for the 114 academic year will be issued starting at September 1st, 2025. Please bring your photo ID to the registration counters of your respective departments or graduate institutes in the Office of Academic Affairs on the 4th floor of the Administration Building during office hours to receive your student ID card.
2. Overseas Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macau) please contact Ms. Huang from the Division of Life Guidance and Overseas Chinese Student Advising, Office of Student Affairs to receive the Student ID cards. The extension is 63013.
3. International students, please contact Ms. Hsu from the Office of International Cooperation at ext. 62058.
4. New students living in the dormitory should contact the service desk of each dormitory area to receive the Student ID cards. For accommodation-related matters, please contact the Division of Housing Services, Office of Student Affairs. For undergraduate students, please contact Mr. Chen at ext. 62222; for master's and doctoral students, please contact Mr. Tseng at ext. 63251.
